I followed the rules/standards given to each manger. 33 players, at least one from every team. The task is slightly easier for me as I made my starting lineup solely of those most deserving, not having to deal with roster spots being squeezed for lesser players winning the fan vote (Jeter, Cano). For outfielders I picked one from each specific spot- LF/CF/RF- this was made much moe difficult by the fact NL left fielders really suck. Also, I didn’t bother with who was healthy or injured (Gattis).  Starters in bold.
